Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically arrives in 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited options (2nd Day Air and Overnight) are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming soon β€” sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70. For orders under $70, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@hbderm.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Absolutely. All products sold on HBDERM are sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. We guarantee 100% authenticity on every item. HD Cosmetics products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse with full traceability.

Every product page includes detailed information about the concern it addresses, key ingredients, clinical results and how to use it. You can also shop by concern (Firming & Lifting, Brightening, Hydration, Antioxidant, Sensitive) or by collection (ROSAE, REDEFINER, NOX+, MELATOGEN). All HD Cosmetics products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals. We are committed to ethical sourcing and responsible manufacturing practices across every brand we carry.

Most HBDERM products have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the manufacturing date when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product packaging includes a batch code and expiration date. We recommend using products within 6 months of opening.

Yes, our collections are designed to complement each other. Each product page includes "Build Your Routine" suggestions and the recommended AM/PM routine order. If you have specific concerns about compatibility, our customer service team is happy to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@hbderm.com with your order number and we will provide a prepaid return label. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Simply email us at hello@hbderm.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 10 business days of delivery at hello@hbderm.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

We want you to love your HBDERM routine. If a product doesn't work for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. While we require products to be unused and unopened for a full refund, we are happy to discuss alternative solutions β€” including exchanges or store credit β€” on a case-by-case basis.
